At least two days before you actually start the cleanse, it is wise to start replacing foods, drinks and lifestyle choices that do not serve your health with ones that do. You will need to avoid animal products, processed sugar (high fructose syrup, artificial sweeteners, processed foods (pasta, bread, soy & prepackaged salads, soups & dressings), coffee & black tea, alcohol & salt. Avoid eating after 8 PM.
What are good or bad times to cleanse?
A general rule is not to cleanse when you have too much stress in your life. Our juice cleanses are about connecting your metal state of mind to your physical being.
